We want you to be absolutely over the moon with your purchase. But if for any reason you’re not, you have up to 14 days after you receive the item to return it for a refund. Tag must be still attached for full refund, if removed we cannot except return.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Once the return is received, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We hope this never happens, but if you ever receive an item that is broken or damaged within 30 days, we will happily pay for the return shipping costs. Damaged items must be unworn and repacked in the original packaging. Please email us immediately with the your order number, a description of the damage, along with a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to replace it or find you another piece you like!
